Women Over Thirty - Belly Fat Loss (And Men as Well!)

So I am a woman over 30 ... we look into the mirror and realize that there is a lot more flab than there was even ten years ago, and we also realize that unless we DO something about it, there will be even MORE love handles in a few years from now!

The main reason which prevents people from losing weight is ENDLESS procrastination.... the second reason is not understanding the food we eat.




Most of us ladies and moms are so busy with everyday life and the things we HAVE to get done that we tell themselves, we'll start "next week" or "after some future holiday" (or some other excuse) -- and before we know it, another whole month has passed without ONE single crunch, squat or lunge.








The truth is that we didn't GAIN those extra few pounds overnight and they won't LEAVE overnight. Oh, believe me, they SEEMED to appear overnight all right!

Getting slim and trim is the new 'hot look' for moms over 30.

So here's a thought. Pull out the calendar. Yep, right now. 

Circle today's date.

 Now, count ahead 11 days and circle that day too. It will be here before we know it, so why not get a jump start on our workout schedule, eating plan.. or however we plan to make that change.

I personally use a VERY simple weight management system  and meal plan that has not only TRIMMED my waist, but I am so much stronger in my arms and legs, I FEEL better and they say I LOOK younger. 

I receive that as I most certainly feel younger!



Every journey begins with taking that first step.............and if we never take that first step then we'll never have a trimmer and more attractive body.

Acai Scams Acai Berry Scam PROOF!



OMG - I am so mad at all the acai scams right now.




DON'T misunderstand me, the acai berry is an outstanding product and is a very popular health product... a best seller actually.





But the ACAI BERRY FREE TRIALS are scams... and there are literally thousands of them floating the internet right now...



They have their little *legal insert* so hidden that you almost can't find it EVEN IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IT!



I just spoke with a god friend about ten minutes ago that is almost in a panic.



She just got took by this scam this past week...



Here is what happened (and will happen for anyone else that gets the free acai berry trial. BLAH!



She saw the ad one of our local pages here saying that a lady in our town lost 52 pounds in 15 days - get a grip, nothing works like that.... but anyways she thought,

"wow, a lady in our town tried the acai berry diet and it worked for
her so it must be good."


What a ripoff. The acai berry ads are set up so that it automatically uses whatever town it is displayed in.




She was very leary of the whole free trial thing but read thru the website and even did a research online, and saw so much about it wherever she looked that she finally figured it was probably okay. After all, even a local lady had gotten results...


Anyways, she paid the $3.95 or whatever the shipping was and got the stuff in the mail... She had it about a week, and then this weekend she got this charge to her checking account for $356.



She started checking into it right away, of course, only to find out that she was charged for the ORIGINAL bottle of acai berry which was supposed to be free, plus like 3 more charges of $89.




I guess the *fine print* states that you have 15 days to try it and if you do not cancel within those first 15 days, OR SEND BACK THE UNOPENED bottle within those first 15 days you will be charged for your original bottle plus like 3 more or something to that effect.



Don't get me wrong... acai berry is an amazing product!

BUT THE ACAI BERRY FREE TRIAL IS A SCAM!!!! Don't be a victim!


In fact they will charge you way more than you will pay by just buying the actual product outright from a website like the ACAI BERRY SITE HERE.
